| The rain wiped out any chance of a result in Scotland's Intercontinental Cup clash against the United Arab Emirates at Cambusdoon, Ayr. UAE made 174-4 from their rain-delayed knock on day one but from them on no play was possible due to the elements. The Scots are due to face Pakistan in a one day match in Edinburgh on Sunday. Scotland won the first Intercontinental Cup in 2004, beating Canada in the final, while Ireland has been victorious in both events since then.
