Nottinghamshire spinner Graeme White is determined to establish himself in the County Championship team next year. White was an integral part of Mick Newell's side in one-day cricket last season, but was restricted to just one match in the Championship-winning team. "I had some very successful one-day games which was brilliant and to do it for Notts is a massive honour," the 23-year-old told BBC Radio Nottingham. "But I want to progress and for me that is to get into the Championship team." White was pleased with his performances in the shorter forms of the game, taking 23 one-day wickets. But the former Northants bowler is eager to get the chance to add to his one County Championship wicket - in the high-scoring draw against Kent at Tunbridge Wells in June. "I've sat down with Mick Newell and we want to try and get my game into that four-day arena," said White added. "I've just been training really hard in the winter months to try and get myself into that side." White also said that Notts are now looking to build on their Championship win to bring one-day success to Trent Bridge in 2011. "To be contending for the title in the other two this year was brilliant," he said. "Now it's all about trying to win one of those competitions as well as the Championship, which is the big one for us to retain."
