Adams is to spend the winter playing grade cricket in Sydney |
Former New Zealand international Andre Adams has agreed a two-year contract extension with Nottinghamshire, keeping him at Trent Bridge until 2011. The 34-year-old seamer was Notts leading wicket taker in the County Championship in 2009 with 43 victims. "Andre has been the pick of our bowlers this season and he's maintained his form when others have struggled," said Notts director of cricket Mick Newell. "He has shown that he is a very important player for us."
