Swann turned the ball sharply in four one-day games in Sri Lanka |
Off-spinner Graeme Swann has signed a new three-year deal at Nottinghamshire. Swann impressed for England in the one-day series in Sri Lanka following his recall after a seven-year absence, and is in the New Zealand tour squads.
Notts boss Mick Newell says the 28-year-old, who joined in 2005 from Northamptonshire, is in his prime.
"He is bowling the best he has, he's one of our key players in all forms of the game, and is a central character in the dressing room," Newell said.
Swann will provide regular exclusive columns for the BBC Sport website from England's tour of New Zealand
