Leicestershire all-rounder Jeremy Snape is enjoying using his sports psychology skills to coach Indian Premier League side Rajasthan Royals.

Snape told BBC Radio Leicester: "I have a masters degree in sports psychology and worked with England at the World Cup on that side of things.

"Here, it is about looking at how our young players can handle pressure.

"We play our first game in Delhi on Saturday in front of 90,000 fans so there is a real frenzy over here."

Snape, a Twenty20 expert, has a short-term contract with the Jaipur-based Royals where he will see him work with the likes of Shane Warne, Justin Langer and Dimitri Mascarenhas.

The 34-year-old is due to return to Leicester on Friday 2 May and will miss the Foxes' Friends Provident tie against Northamptonshire and three County Championship games.
