Hampshire all-rounder Sean Ervine has signed a new two-year contract with the club until end of the 2010 season. The 25-year-old, who quit international cricket in 2004 after a disagreement with the Zimbabwe Cricket Union, made his debut for Hampshire in 2005. Ervine has also committed to spend more than 210 days annually in England over the next four years as he seeks to qualify for England. "I am extremely happy to commit myself for another two years," said Ervine. "Hampshire is a fantastic club to be a part of and I'm looking forward to a great deal of success over the next few years."
