Lewis joins tributes to Vaughan

Jon Lewis
Lewis played one Test, 13 ODIs and two Twenty20 matches for England

Gloucestershire's Jon Lewis has joined the list of people paying tribute to Michael Vaughan after his retirement.

Lewis played under Vaughan in one-day and Twenty20 matches for England.

"He hasn't scored a lot of runs for a couple of years, but he's a fantastic player, a very good captain and a good fellow," he told BBC Gloucestershire.

"He had a lot of good times in an England shirt, he's done a lot of good for English cricket, so I imagine all cricketers him well in his retirement."

Lewis's only Test appearance for England, against Sri Lanka at Trent Bridge in 2006, came under the captaincy of Andrew Flintoff while Vaughan was injured.
