Ben Wright hit 51 from 32 balls to guide Glamorgan to a five-wicket win over Worcestershire in their pre-season friendly at the Swalec Stadium.

In a rain-shortened game on Saturday Worcestershire batted first but ended on 136-6 after good bowling from Chris Ashling and Robert Croft.

Glamorgan had 28 overs to reach their victory target but openers Jim Allenby and Will Bragg found scoring difficult.

Wickets fell but Glamorgan were guided home by Mark Wallace and Wright.
