Jones got back to form in the Championship this week

The move follows an injury crisis and Jones' five-wicket Championship haul against Somerset on Wednesday.

Opening bowler Andrew Davies (side strain) and left-arm spinner Dean Cosker (broken finger) are ruled out.

All-rounder Alex Wharf is struggling with a hip injury but has been responding to intensive treatment.

Jones has never played a Twenty20 match and has rarely featured in Glamorgan's one-day side.
