Blackwell hit an unbeaten 107 at Edgbaston |
Durham all-rounder Ian Blackwell has hailed team-mate Gareth Breese on his return to the side in their County Championship game against Warwickshire. Blackwell, who made a ton, and Breese shared a partnership of 98 runs before the latter was caught by Jim Troughton off the bowling of Neil Carter. "It's great to have Breese back in the team because he adds an extra batsman," he told BBC Newcastle. "He plays his shots and fortunately he got away with a couple of chances."
