No play was possible on the second day of Glamorgan's County Championship match against Derbyshire at Cardiff because of rain.

Umpires Steve Garratt and David Millns abandoned play for the day at 1430 BST.

Glamorgan will resume on 120-6 in their first innings as they look to seal the second promotion spot in Division Two.

The Welsh county began the match nine points clear of Worcestershire, who also faced rain delays against champions Sussex at New Road.
