Graeme Swann hit two sixes and 13 fours in his stunning 47-ball cameo.

England's Graeme Swann warmed up for the ICC World Twenty20 by blasting his highest one-day score to earn Notts a crushing eight-wicket win at Derby.

The Nottinghamshire all-rounder smashed 90 not out, including two sixes and 13 fours from just 47 balls, out of 159-2.

Backed by an unbeaten 45 from Aussie Adam Voges in a stand of 112, the visitord won with 29 balls to spare.

Derbyshire had made 158-5, thanks to a lively stand of 115 in 12 overs between Wavell Hinds (66) and Greg Smith (52).

Derbyshire had opened this year's North Division with two straight wins. And they were up against a Notts side who had lost their first two.

But the frustrated home supporters found that the formbook favoured recent history in this fixture as Notts won at Derby in the Twenty20 for the fourth year running.
