No play Thursday - rainPaul Collingwood was glad of some time off when rain washed out day two of Durham's home match against Northants, who were 414-7 after Wednesday's play.
The England star said: "I haven't had two minutes to myself since I got back. I'm looking forward to getting to bed for a couple of hours this afternoon.
"I was with Steve Harmison and our wives on the train and people were coming up to congratulate us.
"People are still coming up and offering to buy me champagne."
Collingwood, who played in the final Test against Australia at The Oval because of Simon Jones' injury, added: "I've spent some time this morning watching a rerun of the Test on television.
"It just makes the hairs stand up on the back of my neck."
