St John increase lead at the top of Division Three

Division three leaders St John beat JJCA2 by 59 runs to move 12 points clear in the NatWest Indoor League with four matches to play.

Barney Sweeney was unbeaten on 37 as was Chris Peel with 25 as St John posted 129-2 in their 12 overs.

JJCA2 were all out for 70 in 11 overs, despite a knock of 43 from Jack Maton.

An unbeaten half century from Alan Morris helped Lutea Mavericks move into second place with a 31-run victory over Walkovers B, who drop to third.

Elsewhere, Centurians move up to third in division two after beating Jersey Seniors by just 7 runs.

In division four, second-placed Durrell beat Walkovers C by 5 wickets to move within four points of the leaders RBC International, though they have played a game more.
