Bridgnorth recorded a seven-wicket Birmingham League Division Three win over Whitchurch on Saturday. Set 160 to win, the visitors got home for the loss of just three wickets to claim the 20 points. Elsewhere in Division Three, Newport were bowled out for just 121 in reply to Eastnor's 261-9. In the Premier League, Shrewsbury moved up to ninth by chasing down Kidderminster's 167-8 to record a three-wicket win. Meanwhile, West Bromwich Dartmouth held on at 170-9 to claim a losing draw with Shifnal (211), while Wellington hammered Coventry by eight wickets. In Division Two, St.George's finished on 151-9 after Tamworth notched up 202-5. In the Shropshire Premier League, Oswestry maintained their bid to take the title by recording a 79-run victory over Ludlow. Nick Williams scored 40 for Oswestry in their 209 before Mark Robinson took 3-25 to help them take maximum points. In the same league, Quatt declared on 253-2 after Adrian Evans scored an unbeaten 107 and Dean Robinson scored 102 before Welshpool were bowled out for 116 with Jimmy Arbuckle taking 7-54. Elsewhere, Much Wenlock beat Bomere Heath by six wickets and Reman Services beat Madeley by 24 runs, while Broseley, Albrighton and Allscott all claimed winning draws.
