Village side Quatt are the early leaders of the Shropshire Premier League after beating Shelton.

Third-placed Albrighton (106-2), bolstered by Ian Hudson's 40, made short work of Welshpool after the home side had been skittled for 101.

Fourth-placed Oswestry, chasing a return to the Birmingham League, rattled up 223-9 to beat Newtown (187).
