Castletown defeated second placed Cronkbourne by 89 runs on Wednesday to win the Island's under-15 league title. Town batted first and made 139-4 with both openers scoring freely. Alex Sharpe then made a blistering 31, from just 17 balls and included seven fours. Ryan Burns was the pick of the Tromode bowlers with 2-26. Town's three-pronged spin attack then dismissed the Tromode side for just 50 runs with wicket-keeper Sam Taylor contributing with four stumpings.
