Namibia is to host the climax of this year's ICC Intercontinental Cup, which was won by Scotland in 2004. The semi-finals will take place in Windhoek from 23-25 October, with the final following two days later.
The first round stage sees 12 nations split into four regional groups, with the winners of each progressing to the final phase.
Hong Kong are the only new team taking part, replacing Malaysia in the Asian group, which also features Nepal.
Nambia Cricket Board president Laurie Pieters said staging the finals would be a major boost for the game in his country.
"We already have the grounds and facilities required and preparations have now begun to ensure we are ready to welcome the regional winners," he added.
