England gymnasts sticking to Delhi plan - Paul Hall
Team England will include Cambridge's Marissa King
Team England gymnastics coach Paul Hall says preparations for the Commonwealth Games are continuing unhindered.
Reports of poor conditions in Delhi's athletes' villages have thrown doubt over the games.
But Hall told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "As far as we know everything's normal, we intend to fly on Monday.
"I have great faith in the organising people in Team England, I'm sure they're working hard to make sure problems are rectified."
Hall is set to lead a group of English athletes to India, including members of his own Huntingdon Olympic Gym.
We've had competitions in some quite difficult, challenging countries and our gymnasts have been able to cope with that, so it's just another competition for us

And he insists that he has yet to hear anything from Team England officials that would stop them from going.
"They wouldn't take any chances with their teams, so we're quite prepared to listen to their advice," he continued.
"At the moment they are saying everything is fine, we do still plan to go out.
"Our gymnasts are professional, they've done lots of routines, and I think they'll be ready."
Hall continued: "We've had competitions in Eastern Europe and some quite difficult, challenging countries and they've been able to cope with that, so it's just another competition for us."
England's gymnasts are already missing some of their most high profile performers, including Olympic bronze medallist Louis Smith, as the World Championships commence shortly after the Commonwealth games finish.
But Huntingdon Gym will be well represented in Delhi with seven competitors - representing England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man - trained at the Cambridgeshire facility.
