'No excuses' says Lewis-Francis
England's Mark Lewis-Francis admitted that he lost his concentration, after being disqualified for a false start in his 100m semi-final on Monday.

"I've no excuses. It's my fault," he told the BBC. "I should have just kept my discipline and waited for the gun.

"The crowd was making a lot of noise. It was hard to keep focussed.

"At the end of the day it's all about me getting out and making a good start. I'm just going to go home and make myself stay disciplined."
