Wladimir Klitschko and Sultan Ibragimov will meet on 23 February at New York's Madison Square Garden to unify two of the four heavyweight world titles. Ukraine's Klitschko, 31, is the IBF title-holder and regarded by many as the best of the current heavyweights.
Russia's Ibragimov, 32, pounded out a unanimous decision over former champion Evander Holyfield last month.
Klitschko has 49 wins and three losses from 52 fights, while Ibragimov has 22 wins and one draw.
