WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko says the deal to fight Shannon Briggs on 16 October is not yet sealed and claims that Britain's David Haye is scared to meet him or his brother Wladimir.

Klitschko was speaking in Cardiff during the WBC's three-day boxing festival in the Welsh capital.
