Former heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs announces his fight for Vitali Klitschko's WBC title and his intention to go on to challenge David Haye at Wembley Stadium.

Briggs was speaking at Cardiff Castle at the launch of the WBC's three-day boxing festival in the Welsh capital.
