Leicester boxer Rendall Munroe says he cannot wait for the buzz of being back in the ring.

Munroe won the European super-bantamweight title by defeating the previously unbeaten Kiko Martinez in March.

The southpaw will mount his first defence of the belt in Nottingham on Friday night against Saleem Bouaita.

He told BBC Radio Leicester: "People are thinking it will be a whitewash for me but no fight is easy."
