Minter was brave but beaten in his world title challenge |
Crawley's Ross Minter says he will continue fighting despite his stoppage loss to Michael Jennings for the WBU world welterweight title in London. Minter said: "I'll carry on boxing. I feel I've still got plenty to offer."
The referee stepped in to save Minter at the end of the ninth round after he had been floored earlier and his corner threw the towel in at the same time.
The 29-year-old was cut on the nose, head and ear by the time Mickey Vann called an end to the Excel Arena bout.
The fight was on the undercard of Amir Khan's bout with Australian Gairy St Clair.
