WBU middleweight champion Gary Lockett is looking for a new challenger after Darren McDermott pulled out of a scheduled fight in Cardiff. Dublin-based McDermott, 28, is getting married on 31 March and will then head off on honeymoon.
Lockett is set to make his second title defence on the undercard Joe Calzaghe v Peter Manfredo Jr at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday, 7 April.
The 30-year-old Welshman has a record standing at 29-1 (19 KOs).
Before getting married, McDermott is scheduled to face Darren Rhodes in a British title eliminator at Dudley Town Hall on 15 February.
