Witter has won 15 consecutive bouts inside the distance |
Junior Witter and Carl Froch will fight on the undercard of Howard Eastman's tilt at Bernard Hopkins on 19 February. European light welterweight champion Witter will take on well-regarded South African Lovemore N'Dou in Los Angeles.
And talented British super middleweight holder Froch will also get global exposure against an unnamed opponent.
"This is what British Boxing should be all about - our brightest talents showcasing themselves on a marquee stage," said promoter Mick Hennessy.
Witter had been set to meet Gianluca Branco in a WBC light welterweight title eliminator, but the Italian pulled out.
And the Briton will now face a true test of his ability against N'Dou, who only lost on points to WBO champion Miguel Cotto in 2004.
"Branco's withdrawal may have paved the way for an even more explosive tussle," said Hennessy.

"We had a strong feeling that Branco was going to withdraw so we had been talking to N'Dou's people for four weeks.
"Now he has the chance to challenge for Junior's Commonwealth belt. He has agreed on the figures and his team has verbally accepted the fight."
Nottingham's Froch, who has been sparring with Eastman in Miami, said he relished performing on such a big boxing card.
"This is a natural progression for me as I look to assert myself on the world stage.
"With the Americans watching I'm out to impress and fireworks are guaranteed. Whoever my opponent is, they are going out with a clean KO."
