Lockett hopes to rearrange the fight for 11 February |
Cwmbran middleweight Gary Lockett has been forced to pull out of Friday's British title eliminator in Bridgend because of a chest infection. The 28-year-old was due to meet Allan Gray in the chief support bout for Enzo Maccarinelli's WBU cruiserweight title defence against Rich LaMontagne.
Lockett hopes to reschedule the fight for 11 February in Manchester.
"I'm absolutely gutted, I can't believe my luck but it has to change sometime," Lockett told the South Wales Argus.
