Michael Sprott claimed a controversial points victory over Danny Williams at Wembley to land the British and Commonwealth heavyweight titles. Most thought Williams had edged a puzzling third encounter, but referee Dave Parris awarded victory to Sprott by 115-114 - to the bemusement of both men.
Whether the decision results in a fourth meeting remains to be seen, but promoter Frank Warren did not sound keen after the dust had settled.

Williams, weighing in at almost 19st, showboated throughout but still felt he had done enough to win.
"It was more of a disgrace than the last fight," said the Brixton fighter, who won a contentious second meeting on the back a string of low blows.
"It happens - he got the decision, so he won."
Williams attracted the ire of Sprott fans with some bizarre preening and was instructed to engage by Parris in round five.
But Williams defended his tactics after the decision was announced.
"It's all about scoring punches - I was frustrating him, I wanted to show him I was a much better boxer."
Williams controlled the fight in the early rounds, keeping Sprott at bay with his jab and landing with some looping upper-cuts.
But the Reading fighter never looked in trouble and wobbled Williams with a right-left combination in the seventh and again with a left hook in the eighth as the champion switched off.
Nevertheless, Sprott slowed almost to a halt in the final two rounds and despite his persistent play-acting, Williams looked to have done just enough to nick it.
