Manx Harriers' Ed Gumbley won the fifth and final round of the Manx Gas Cross Challenge series in wet and windy conditions at Noble's Park on Sunday.

The Men's event saw a Manx Harriers 1-2-3 with Gumbley winning in a time of 36 minutes 26 seconds.

Nigel Armstrong came across the line second in a time of 37:01 and Mike Garrett took third in 37:40.

Ann Cain won the Senior Women's race, finishing the 7,110m course in a time of 39:13.
