Five-time champion Callister aims to break the Parish Walk record

Robbie Callister has confirmed he will be defending his title in this year's Parish Walk.

The five-time champion is aiming to equal John Cannell's record for the most Parish wins currently set at six.

Callister, who has recorded four of the fastest seven times in history, has his sights set on Sean Hands's 2006 record time of 14 hours and 47 minutes.

This year's event will start at 0800 GMT from the National Sports Centre on Saturday 21 June.
