Olsson won European gold in Gothenburg last summer |
European champions Christian Olsson and Susanna Kallur will lead the Swedish challenge for victory at the Norwich Union International in Glasgow. The pair form the backbone of Sweden's squad for the meet against a GB side, Germany and a Commonwealth squad.
Britain's Jason Gardener is planning to make his competitive comeback at the international on 27 January.
The 31-year-old has not raced since July because of a back injury which first flared up in March.
Gardener's main aim this winter is to win four consecutive 60m titles at the European Indoor Championships in March.
If the Bath sprinter achieves that feat in France he will become the first British athlete to do so.
606 DEBATE: Will Gardner win a fourth consecutive European indoor title?
Gardener said: "I'm really looking forward to my return and indoor races have always been great for me.
"I've won the European indoor title three times and hopefully I can win again and make it a really tough record for other people to try and beat in the future," he added.
"But I want to experience success as quickly as possible and Glasgow would be a fantastic opportunity to do that."
