Okayo to run in Manchester
Margaret Okayo crosses the finish line to win the London Marathon
Okayo won in two hours 22 minutes 35 seconds in London
Women's Flora London Marathon winner Margaret Okayo will compete in next month's BUPA Great Manchester Run.

Okayo made light of the poor conditions to win easily in London on Sunday.

She steps down to 10km to face a field which will include fellow Kenyan Berhane Adere, who won last summer's World Championships 10,000m.

Meeting spokesman David Hart said: "We had already arranged for Okayo to compete in Manchester even before her win in London."
