Arbizu may miss Boks match
Argentina celebrate their win over France
Argentina celebrate their win over France

Argentina captain Lisandro Arbizu is doubtful for the Test against South Africa in Port Elizabeth on 28 June.

The Pumas skipper suffered concussion during the series-clinching 33-32 victory over France on Friday.

Arbizu, 31, who also helped the Pumas win the first test 10-6, took a bad knock on the head in the second half.

France fly-half Yann Delaigue injured a tendon in his left bicep and will miss Les Bleus' one-off test against New Zealand in Christchurch, also on 28 June.

Pumas full-back Juan Martin Hernandez was another casualty of the match at the Velez Sarsfield football ground in Buenos Aires and will miss the tour of South Africa.

Hernandez, who scored the Pumas' opening try in their third straight win over the French, has suspected knee cartilage damage.

The 20-year-old Deportiva Francesa fullback needed surgery on cruciate ligaments last year.

Four other Pumas who were expected to line up against the Springboks in Argentina's last away match before the World Cup have been ruled out.

They include new Stade Francais team mates Ignacio Corleto and Agustin Pichot.
