Winn has signed a new 12 month deal with the Championship club

Cornish Pirates centre Steve Winn has committed his future to the club for another year.

The 32-year-old, who joined the Pirates from Newport in 2006, made 27 appearances for Chris Stirling's side last season, scoring two tries.

The second of Winn's touchdowns came in the final of the British & Irish Cup, where the Pirates beat Munster 23-14.

Winn started his professional career at Brigend in 1996, and has also played for Swansea.
