Britain's Danny Webb followed up his career-best fourth place on the grid with a fifth place finish in Sunday's Portuguese 125cc Grand Prix at Estoril. Championship leader Simone Corsi, who started on pole, held off the challenge of Joan Olive to win, denying Olive his first victory with Nicolas Terol third. Bradley Smith was lucky to escape injury when he flew off in spectacular fashion on lap 11 from fourth place. Fellow Briton Scott Redding also had a tough day, finishing in 21st place.
