Brits suffer Sunday blues
| Westwood, a former European number one, struggled from the tee | Phillip Price endured a nightmare back nine to his final round at the US Open that saw him skid down the leaderboard. The 37-year-old Welshman came home in 45 after beginning the inward nine with a quadruple-bogey eight at the 10th. Price's 72-hole total of 22 over was six behind the only other British player to make the cut, Lee Westwood. The 31-year-old Englishman came home in 39 to avoid breaking 80, a considerable achievement considering the fact he hit only two of 14 fairways on Sunday.
