Lincoln City goalkeeping coach Paul Musselwhite feels Rob Burch is capable of playing in the Championship.
Keeper Burch, 26, has been one of the Imps' most consistent players but is out of contract in the summer and has attracted attention from other clubs.
Musselwhite told BBC Lincolnshire: "He could play, in the right team, at Championship level.
"I don't think he's yet ready for the Premier League but he'd do well at a club with half a chance of promotion."
Burch joined Lincoln in July 2008 after his release by Sheffield Wednesday and has been an ever-present for the Imps in the Football League.
He could make his 100th appearance for the club in their final game of the season against Macclesfield.
