De Vries arrives at Hearts
New Hearts striker Mark de Vries at Tynecastle
Hearts have paraded new signing Mark de Vries as the striker from Surinam arrived in Edinburgh to view his new surroundings.

The 26-year-old arrives from Dutch Second Division side Dordrecht '90 on a free transfer and has agreed a three year deal.

With Ricardo Fuller and Stephane Adam leaving, de Vries joins youngsters Andy Kirk and Gary Wales as recognised first team attackers.

Hearts manager Craig Levein has had the tall de Vries watched several times and describes him as an old-fashioned target man who can hold the ball up.

De Vries signed a pre-contract agreement with Hearts in early April.
