Match of the Day 2
Sundays, 2230, BBC 2

Match of the Day 2 wants to hear from Premiership fans who have unusual match day stories to tell.

Do you go to unusual or extreme lengths to watch your favourite team every weekend?

Are you one of the well known characters in the crowd on match days?

Or perhaps you and your mates have an unusual pre-match ritual every Saturday?

If you have an interesting match day tale to tell, your story could be featured on Match of the Day 2 this season.

E-mail us your story via the form on the right of your screen.

I have been a season ticket holder at Leyton Orient for the past 14 years and since a move to Belgium 5 years ago, I have travelled from Brussels to watch every home game.
John Muncey, Belgium

I travel from Glasgow EVERY WEEK to watch my team Chelsea play down in England. Even for away games. I am a die hard Chelsea fan and I feel people need to hear about the love of football that runs through people's veins.
Satayjit (Bubu) Ray, United Kingdom

In 1982 I received as a gift a commerative Liverpool Football Club football. Over the years I have developed the ritual of balancing the ball on a tray on my head for the duration of each Liverpool game. Not dropping the ball from kick-off to final whistle seem oddly linked with Liverpool's fortunes. (I have a rather flat head, so this helps, although not in the last few years).
Mike Hodgekiss, Leek, UK

Before every match we have to have gingers, galaxy chocolate and mushroom soup no matter what the weather is. I've got a lucky necklace which I take to every match. It's lucky because I wore it at the City v Gillingham final when we came back from 2-0 to win on penalties and promotion.
Max Gruber, GB

Before every game I go to (Rangers or my boy's club Erskine BC) I put my right shoe on first but tie my left shoe first Alasdair Mann, Scotland

Me and next door neighbour Jamie have installed surround sound not only for our living rooms but throughout our house so we can listen to our favourite theme tune come on wherever we are. We also have bought walky talkies just so we can comment on Match of the Day when there's a good goal scored. Glad you're back on the BBC! Stay forever!
Araam Mansouri, England

I'm a season ticket holder for West Bromwich Albion and always touch the foot of Jeff Astle as I pass his Memorial Gate. We haven't lost at home this season so I reckon it must be working.
Tony O'Hagan, Birmingham

I support AC Milan, and I go to all the home games, I have supported them since I can remember, they where the first team I saw on the TV. I live in Leeds.
Matthew Williams, England

Must wear same clothes every match. Washed of course: red football socks, jeans, then jumper, work football team shirt, fleece, then Charlton Shirt...but these last 3 items must not be put on until we get out the car in the car park at Charlton.
Fat Scholes, England

I support Aston Villa, have a season ticket and have 5 different shirts. I wear the same one for every game until we lose as it's lucky for me. Then when we do lose I change to another. When I go to a home game I leave at 12.30pm each time, travel up on my own on the same route and park in the same car park, have a pint and a pie each time. It may not seem that unusual but it keeps me sane for every game.
Iain Jones, Redditch
