Gary Hamilton celebrates after netting the winner for Glentoran
The Glens moved seven points clear at the top of JJB Sports Premiership with this comeback win at the Showgrounds.
The Bannsiders took a 16th minute lead when Richard Gibson headed in from Stephen Carson's cross.
Kyle Neill wasted a good chance for the visitors before Paul Leeman volleyed into the corner from 20 yards for the leveller on 36 minutes.
Gary Hamilton won it after 70 minutes when the prolific striker headed home from Neill's free-kick.
Coleraine midfielder Tommy McCallion had a shot tipped over before Gibson's glancing header from eight yards gave David Platt's side the perfect start.
Neill was presented with a clear shot on goal but he underhit his shot and O'Hare saved with ease.
The dangerous Carson turned his marker but dragged his shot wide.
Leeman's superb finish left it all-square at half-time and the Glens were first to go close after the break when Darren Fitzgerald's low shot was pushed round the post by O'Hare.
Hamilton's close-range header proved decisive although Gibson volleyed just wide with an overhead kick in the dying seconds.
With closest challengers Linfield drawing 0-0 with Bangor it was an excellent afternoon for the men from east Belfast.
