There might not seem to be all that much in common between Premier League Arsenal and Chasetown but they share the same stadium announcer in Paul Burrell.

"The line I use at the start of my announcements is 'welcome to the coldest ground in the country, but the warmest fans'," said Burrell of his work at Chasetown.

"I usually introduce the players by their nicknames. Chasetown's Vaughan Thomas, looks the spitting image of Lionel Ritchie.

"That's what all the players call him. So that's how I announce him. For ages I've had 'Dancing on the Ceiling' cued up to play over the tannoy but he never scores."
