Chelmsford City manager Jeff King has released Stuart Ainsley and Danny Webb.

Ainsley has struggled for first-team action in defence or midfield, while striker Webb has not figured at all for the side this season.

"It was best that Ainsley moves on to a club where he can get regular first-team football and we wish him well," King told the Non League Daily.

King also had told forward James Lawson that if he failed to perform then he "won't be picked".
