A talented left-handed all-rounder who swings the new white ball prodigiously and presents problems from over the wicket, he has also been used as an explosive batsman in the early overs and has hit five ODI fifties, with a best of 83 that featured four sixes.

He was sent home from the tour of South Africa to regain his form in domestic cricket and has done just that.
