'Quarter final is a minimum' for Wales - Owens

Former Wales men's captain Ken Owens questions the Welsh Rugby Union's expectations of the Wales women's side after their disappointing World Cup exit.

Wales lost all three of their games and Owens said from a performance point of view it was not a successful competition - in contrast to Belinda Moore, the WRU's head of women's rugby n, who said Wales had not "failed" in their World Cup campaign.

Owens was speaking during half-time of Wales' 28-25 defeat to Fiji in Exeter.
