Edinburgh 0-0 Scarlets
It's been a scoreless opening 10 minutes but Scarlets have had the better of it so far.
Tom Rogers made a searing break up the right touchline that had Edinburgh scrambling. A crossfield kick was knocked on in the air by James Lang as he looked to prevent it reaching Tomi Lewis and the Edinburgh centre was perhaps a little fortunate that the only punishment was a scrum.
The game has been played almost entirely in the Edinburgh half so far.

"If recent meetings between these two is anything to go by, we should not be short of tries tonight. In fact, their last four clashes have yielded 227 points...."
Ok, whose terrible take was that pre kick-off? Ah, that would be me.
In summary, it's been a scrappy battle in horrible conditions. Cardiff have been awarded three kickable penalties, but only opted to take one. Leinster have not been awarded any kickable penalties, and remain scoreless.

Edinburgh 0-0 Scarlets

If either of these sides have designs on reaching the playoffs
at the end of the season, they really need to get a move on, starting tonight.
Edinburgh currently sit 13th in the table, seven points
adrift of the top eight. Scarlets are languishing in 15th, but know
a win will take them above tonight’s hosts.
Two teams missing a host of internationals, clearly struggling
for confidence and consistency, it could be one of those games where anything
happens.
Edinburgh’s record at home is good and you would fancy they
would have too much, but let’s see.
If it possible for a man-mountain to be underrated, then Josh McNally surely is. He jackals superbly to thwart a Leinster attack and earn his side penalty.
It's still teeming down out there and the handling errors are racking up for both sides.
As I type Robbie Henshaw and Rieko Ioane combine in midfield but the attack peters out when Leinster wing Joshua Kenny is dragged into touch by Mason Grady.
In fact, matches like this is why so much is made of Leinster's strength in depth compared to most URC sides. They have squad decimated by Six Nations call-ups, but in Robbie Henshaw and Rieko Ioane, a partnership with a combined total of 97 international caps for Ireland, the Lions, and New Zealand.
On the bench, RG Snyman has 50 caps for South Africa while prop Rabah Slimani - well, just the 59 appearances for France.
Last weekend Wales Under-20s built a lead through the boot of Carwyn Leggatt-Jones when beating Scotland on this ground.
It would be wise to try to do the same whenever kickable opportunities present themselves in these horrendous conditions.
Leinster are without plenty of Ireland stars but Cardiff really could do with taking command because the visitors have the massive figure of RG Snyman on their bench.
Earlier this season at Rodney Parade down the road the South Africa lock came on to change the game and earn victory against a dogged Dragons side.
Cardiff need to be more clinical in the Leinster 22.
Time for my now weekly whinge on teams not taking the points on offer in tight games.
Callum Sheedy kicks to the corner but the Leinster pack repel the drive. A series of carries follow but Dan Thomas knocks-on close to the line and another chance goes begging.
Cardiff are still trying to move the ball wide but after the ball goes to ground, a good old fashioned thump downfield from Ben Thomas forces Jimmy O'Brien into a hurried clearance.
It means more attacking possession for Cardiff, before another penalty in front of the posts....
Leinster only have 14 men for now but they are next to threaten as Ruben Moloney makes ground down the left wing before being hauled down by the covering Callum Sheedy.
He tries to fling an ambitious offload but Cardiff gets the ball back - and then Sheedy pulls of a 50-22!
