Wow, what a result. Glasgow come from way, way back to beat one of the biggest club sides in the world.

They now sit at the top of Pool 1 in the Champions Cup, having won their first two Cup games for the first time ever.

They beat Toulouse for the just the second time, and for the first time in almost 17 years. And after Edinburgh's victory over Toulon last weekend, that makes it Scotland 2 France 0.

Right, let's mop up. Report from Andy Burke here.

    Reaction to come here.

We're away for a lie down. See you for the 1872 Cup.

Finally from Franco Smith: "We influence each others' lives every day. The boys care about each other, and also the club.

"That is where the trust is built, and it's been built for a few years. We don't have players in the team of the week every week, but as a collective we play well.

"It creates a lot of expectation. It's not even Christmas, there's a lot of rugby to be played. There's an international window coming up, and these players will be challenged.

"To manage them through this next block is more important than this result. We need to improve still, so we won't get ahead of ourselves. We've won nothing yet."

A little more from Franco Smith: "We train in this weather often, and I knew it wasn't something they'd be used to. Last week's game gave us the confidence, coming from 14-0 down, to use it as an example.

"Momentum in this game is everything. If you get it, the referee's outlook changes. We had some very positive actions. The players here are very competitive and they want to make the next step.

"It's a bit of experience. There's always a plan, and the boys believe in that and know what to do. It's good that they can act on what we ask them to change.

"The players must take credit for this."

  4. Smith points to 'small things' that clickedpublished at 22:05 GMT 13 December 2025

    FT: Glasgow Warriors 28-21 Toulouse

Winning head coach Franco Smith tells Premier Sports, with a smile: "I've got to get these boys ready for next week...

"There was always a strategy behind it. We were hoping to play against the wind in the first half, with George and Gregor coming on in the second. A fresh carrier and breakdown speed going up. A lot of small things clicked.

"Toulouse didn't disappoint. We defended very well first half, but one or two things didn't go our way. I'm happy the team bought in, and grew in confidence in the second half."

  5. Some more reaction from some ecstatic Warriorspublished at 22:03 GMT 13 December 2025

    FT: Glasgow Warriors 28-21 Toulouse

Zander Fagerson tells Premier Sports: "Proud of the boys coming back from that. We came in at half time, made a plan and stuck to it. It's a special day for the club. It was amazing."

Matt Fagerson adds: "It's one of the best experiences at Scotstoun we've ever had.

"Second half, when we started getting the roll on, and George is pumping his arms to the crowd... you can't really describe it.

Sione Tuipulotu chips in: "We knew the first half would be difficult to play in with the conditions. We've been behind in a lot of games, and when I look around the dressing room when Franco [Smith] speaks, I don't doubt anyone believes we can come back.

"When we scored after half time, I thought something might be brewing.

"I've got so much respect for that Toulouse team and everything they've achieved, and that's one of the great home victories for us, and it's amazing to be a part of."

Scottish players weren't supposed to be killers in the final minutes of big games.

Er, Glasgow making a mockery of that.

Conditions were brutal here. Glasgow had the worst of it in the first half and didn't score. Toulouse had the worst of it in the second half and didn't score. Savage stuff.

Glasgow's ferocity and composure and ruthlessness was a sight to behold. Brilliant, brilliant rugby.

  8. Reaction from two of Glasgow's starspublished at 21:53 GMT 13 December 2025

    FT: Glasgow Warriors 28-21 Toulouse

Glasgow captain Kyle Steyn tells Premier Sports: :"It was more at half time, we knew we hadn't fired a shot with ball in hand. Our forwards had put in a shift, and out wide we conceded a couple of soft tries.

"We were just excited the fact we had the wind, we could get ball in hand and have a crack."

Player of the match Adam Hastings: "It was tough. We had the same last week, into the wind at Sale. It helped us a bit knowing we came back [that night].

"If we stuck to process and put phases together down there, we'd be okay. Our forwards were so good. We spoke about helping them in the backline, but what a shift from them.

"Blair [Kinghorn] is staying over, so I'll go meet him for a couple pints."

Glagow's greatest ever victory in Europe, sealed in the most Glasgow way imaginable.

A whirlwind of power and class in what was one of the most gobsmacking second-halves in this competition's history.

Twenty-eight unanswered points against this great Toulouse side is other-worldly.

    Astonishingly good from Glasgow.

Momentum changed and everything went Glasgow's way.

It didn't fall their way, they worked hard to make that happen. Players stepped up, and put in a shift. The bench made a massive difference.

Gregor Brown was outstanding when he came on, carried like a Trojan, got them front-foot ball.

Sione Tuipulotu came to life because Glasgow had ball and attack.

What a comeback. That is one of the biggest.

  11. Full-time Glasgow Warriors 28-21 Toulousepublished at 21:46 GMT 13 December 2025

From 21-0 down, Glasgow have pulled off the greatest comeback this club has ever seen.

Three scores down against rugby's Galacticos, in the wind and the rain, they produce 40 minutes of pure grit, pure desire, pure heart.

I'll say it again - this is the Miracle of Scots-tanbul.

    45 seconds left.

    My word.

Just three minutes left, and Toulouse have the scrum feed down in coffin corner. They've got a long way to go to rescue something from this.

Dan Lancaster fields the ball and Glasgow swing forward again.

It comes back to the sub on the right wing and he stabs it in behind. Chasing his own kick, he pins his ears back, but Paul Graou is in there to take it away from the Warriors man.

That could have been the ball game.

Glasgow have the ball again in the Toulouse 22m after another huge break from Stafford McDowall. He is just so good in a Warriors jersey.

Adam Hastings is in the pocket, going for the drop goal...

He goes for it, but the wind catches it and there's no danger.

This is the greatest comeback I have ever seen in a club game. So far. Job not done yet.

Glasgow are immense in their carrying, all of their heavies stepping up in a major way.

This is a kitchen sink stuff, and then some.

Toulouse are getting battered in wave after wave of Glasgow attacks. Hard to believe what's happening here.

    But here come Toulouse!

Thomas Ramos breaks and he just has to nail the pass to Blair Kinghorn out wide... and it's into touch, poorly judged. He's going at pace to be fair.
