Bath lock Quinn Roux has signed a new one-year deal to stay with the club beyond the 2025-26 season.

Roux joined the reigning Prem champions in 2022 and has made 63 appearances, including 13 so far this season.

The 35-year-old South African said he was "not ready" for his time at the club to end.

"The last few years with this club has been some of the most enjoyable years of my career," he said.

Head of rugby Johann van Graan said Roux allows "his rugby to do the talking on the field".

"He has developed into a very important player on and off the pitch for our club," he added.

Roux joins full-back Tom de Glanville and scrum-half Tom Carr-Smith in agreeing new deals this week.
