Prop Garyn Phillips has signed a contract extension at Ospreys.
The 24-year-old rose to senior ranks during the 2020-21 season and has made 48 appearances for them. The duration of his new deal has not been specified.
Ospreys face an uncertain future amid Welsh rugby's ongoing debate surrounding whether its professional tier will be made up of four or fewer teams.
Phillips said: "This club means a lot to me and it's great to have the opportunity to continue my career with the team that I made my professional debut for.
"Some of my best mates play for the Ospreys and I will always remember coming through the ranks with them. I'm looking forward to continuing to improve here and getting as much time in the jersey as I can."
Ospreys head coach Mark Jones said: "Garyn has become a hugely important part of our squad, and we see him as a player with the potential to represent club and country for years to come.
"He is one of many quality front rowers that the club has produced, and that is credit to Duncan (Jones, forwards coach) and the rest of our coaching staff."
