Alex Ducker failed to make it into the Cornish pirates first team
Redruth winger Alex Ducker's natural talent has been hailed by head coach Marek Churcher.
The former Cornish Pirates back has scored 14 tries in 13 games for the National Two South club this season after moving to the Rec in the summer.
"He's got qualities that I haven't seen in any other rugby player before," Churcher said.
"Alex is up there in terms of his finishing and pace, you can't coach that," he added to BBC Radio Cornwall.
"What you can coach is the understanding and the ability to get off his wing and make sure he's taking every opportunity he can."
